If we haven’t already set a date and time for your consultation call, we will do so now. This is where the real fun begins!

We’ll ask things like:

Is there a color palette or theme we should know about? (Because our decor can match your setup!)
What’s the energy level of your crowd — light drinkers, average, or ready-to-party kind of guests?
This helps us tailor everything from your bar decor to your drink menu, so your mobile bar setup feels perfectly you.
🍹 Step 3: Let’s Talk Drinks on Tap
This is where we get creative. We’ll dive into what you and your guests love to drink and how we can make it shine on tap.
Beer lovers: Do you prefer domestic or local brews? Want something custom? Our friends over at Mean King Brewing can even craft a His & Hers beer if you’re planning a wedding.
Cocktail fans: We’ll talk signature drinks. What’s your go-to order when you’re out? Is there a cocktail that brings back a favorite memory? (We love turning stories into sips. We are Nostalgia Tap Trucks afterall.)

We’ll also confirm your service timeline — for weddings, we typically start pouring about 30 minutes after the ceremony begins, but every event is different, and we adjust accordingly.
Then we get into all the fun extras:
